* In cottage Lapponia there is three isolated bedrooms (for 6 persons) downstairs and one non-isolated bedroom upstairs (for 2 person).

Holidays: Midsummer and Christmas special price - 750 €,

 additional days according to the price-list.
The price for one day is valid only on week-days (during winter, spring and autumn seasons, not during Summer season).

Cottage amenities include a barbecue grill, a rowboat, and a dock.        

   

Making a reservation:        
Contact us and we'll find out if the cottage you want is available for your stay.        
We'll send you a confirmation of your reservation and an invoice for the deposit via mail or email.        
After you have paid the deposit (bank transfer or credit card payment), the cottage will be reserved for you.

 

        
Terms of agreement in brief:        
Your reservation becomes valid after you have paid the deposit (25% of the total sum).        
The rest of the sum (75%) must be paid no later than 28 days before the holiday begins.        
If the reservation is made later than that, i.e. less than 28 before the beginning of the holiday, the sum must be paid in full upon reservation.        
If you cancel the reservation at least 28 days before the holiday begins, the deposit will be returned to you.
